Springsteen Resale Tickets Under Investigation By NY AG

(Radio.com) How is it that there are already Bruce Springsteen ticket listings on resale sites like StubHub, TicketNetwork and Vivid Seats if actual tour tickets have not yet gone on sale? That's exactly what New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman wants to know (via Billboard).

He claims such listings could constitute "deceptive advertising." On Monday, Schneiderman sent letters to all three companies inquiring about ticket offerings listed on each site when sellers may not yet possess the tickets.

Springsteen tickets won't go on sale until Friday, but StubHub, for example, already has listings priced at upwards of $250. In response, TicketNetwork says it will take down all listings until tickets actually go on sale. Vivid Seats and StubHub had a slightly different response. Read about that here.
