Rachel Platten Announces 'Wildfire' Album and Tour Details

. Rachel Platten will be following her smash single "Fight Song" with the release of her debut album Wildfire on January 1st and she'll be launching the North American Wildfire Tour in support of the effort.

The late winter/early spring tour will be kicking off on February 26th in Dallas at the Granada Theater and will wrap up in Los Angeles at the El Rey Theater on April 5th.

Platten had the following to say about the forthcoming album, "After a decade of trying to find my path in music I started to believe it would never happen for me.

"The thing that kept me going was the one-on-one connections with listeners - no matter how many or how few. These connections sparked my fire that fueled me to write this album. Wildfire is for everyone who ever believed in me."
