Mumford & Sons Release New Song 'The Wolf'
. Mumford & Sons' have revealed "Wolf," the newest taste of their new album, "Wilder Mind," out next month. Like "Believe" before it, the song finds the British rockers trading acoustic for electric, adding a drum kit where a single bass drum once stood. "You were all I ever longed for," frontman Marcus Mumford sings before the band breaks into a fast-paced bridge typified by pulsing bass and quickfire drums. It lacks the usual slow-building sound of many of Mumford's previous songs, opting instead for a fairly focused attack from the start. "The Wolf" is the second song to be revealed from Wilder Mind, the band's third studio album and first since their GRAMMY win for Album of the Year for Babel in 2013. It follows "Believe," the album's lead single, a No. 1 song in the U.S. already on the Alternative Songs chart. Check out the song here. Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
