Rapper Facing Life In Prison Over Lyrics
. Tiny Doo (real name Brandon Duncan) is being implicated for the content of his latest mixtape, No Safety, under the charge that the violent lyrics on the release "willfully promotes, furthers, or assists in any felonious criminal conduct by members of that gang." According to the Los Angeles Times, Duncan is a "documented gang member" affiliated with the gang in the Lincoln Park area of San Diego. In 2008, Duncan (whose alleged gang moniker is "TD") was charged with pimping and pandering, although those charges were ultimately dropped.
