The Black Keys Perform On The Colbert Report
. Leading Colbert to ask what we all were wondering, "How did it [Colbert's prostate] influence the album?" The band's response? Just look at the Turn Blue album cover. Colbert also wondered if this latest release shows the "Phish-ification" of the band, being that they now have an over 7-minute track on the album. The band says no, but did admit the Grateful Dead had a little influence on this one. In their short interview, Patrick Carney did manage to find time to throw a little shade Pitchfork's way, noting that according to the site, they "made the record wrong."
