But while Jay Z was fairly smooth in that moment, not everything that night apparently went off without a hitch for the rapper. Security camera footage obtained by TMZ shows Hova being assaulted in an elevator - reportedly by his sister-in-law.

The video shows a grainy black-and-white image of Jay and multiple others in the elevator, with a woman purported to be Solange, Beyonce's sister, standing nearby. After the group enters the elevator, the woman immediately goes up to the rapper and begins talking animatedly, getting in his face before beginning a barrage of blows with her fists and arms. She's quickly restrained, though not before landing a few kicks as well.

Moments later, a woman who appears to be Beyonce enters the picture as well, but that doesn't stop her sister from continuing the scuffle further, before being held back once more - though she continues to shout all the same.

While all the players in the video are not completely clear, photo evidence dispensed by TMZ shows Jay Z, Beyonce and Solange wearing outfits that seem to match those seen in the clip.
