Dave Lombardo Doesn't See Himself Reuniting With Slayer
. The drummer recently said things had come to head when he discovered he was being paid an average of $745 per show, while King and Araya received $1266 - even though the band was taking $49,000 per night. Asked whether there's any chance of another return to the fold, Lombardo tells Radio Screamer: "I don't think that's ever going to happen again. When I returned in 2001 I had been ten years out of the band, and it felt like it was the right time. We didn't have any grudges - but apparently that wasn't really the case." He says the attitude that led to his departure was: "'Oh well, he left in 1992, so just get him out again.'" more on this story TeamRock Radio is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
