RX Bandits Announce New Album And Tour With The Dear Hunter

. RX Bandits return this summer with their new studio album "Gemini, Her Majesty" and a North American tour, plus they are giving fans an early taste of what's to come with a stream of one of the new songs.

The new album is set to be released on July 22nd and the band have released a stream of the track "Stargazer" which you can listen to here. Fans can also get an instant download of the song if they preorder the album on iTunes.

Gemini, Her Majesty was recorded at the Prairie Sun Recording Studios in Sonoma County, CA with producer Jason Cupp (Maps & Atlases, Birthmark). RX Bandits vocalist and guitarist Matt Embree had this to say about the album, "In the past, our aim was to bridge the gap between our recorded music and our live performance.

"But this time around we really didn't ever consider that. We almost willingly ignored it. It was really nice to make a record that we didn't apply live performance constraints to. That said, now we're going to have the hefty task of figuring out how we want to arrange and play these new songs live. We love the challenge."

The band will be hitting the road to support the new album with a North American coheadlining tour with The Dear Hunter that will be kicking off on July 11th in St. Petersburg, FL.
