Chris Brown Assault Case Prosecutor Wants Trial Moved Up
. The trial stems from an incident last year in which Brown allegedly attacked a person who photobombed a picture outside a hotel in the city last year. His bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, was involved as well, and was found guilty of assault. The singer's lawyer, Mark Geragos, has maintained that, despite Brown admitting to the incident as a violation of his parole, causing more jail time, it doesn't mean he's actually guilty. However, the prosecution doesn't buy that and wants the trial date moved up to as soon as June 25. more on this story Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
