The lead single from the band's ninth album, "Love At First Sting", peaked at No. 25 on the US Billboard Hot 100; the project reached No. 6 on the Billboard 200 and sold more than 3 million copies in the States alone.

Earlier this year, the band released "MTV Unplugged - Scorpions Live In Athens", a package compiled from three concerts in Athens, Greece at the city's Lycabettus Theatre last fall.
