. He accepted a lifetime achievement award alongside Beatles bandmate Ringo Star and also scored Best Rock Song for Cut Me Some Slack, his collaboration with the surviving members of Nirvana. His 2012 release Live Kisses was named Best Surround Sound Album and Best Music Film while the recent deluxe edition of Wings Over America scored Best Boxed Or Limited Edition Package. Imagine Dragons won Best Rock Performance for their track Radioactive against competition from Alabama Shakes, Bowie, Zeppelin, QOTSA and Jack White. Other winners included Nirvana drummer and Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl for his Sound City soundtrack, plus blues collaborators Ben Harper and Charlie Musselwhite.
