Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr Reuniting For Beatles Anniversary?

Showbiz 411's Roger Friedman reports that an unnamed source has told him that Letterman's people and CBS are attempting to get McCartney and Starr to reunite on the late night talk show as part of the network's celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Beatles famed appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show which kicked off Beatlemania in America. The speculative article says that Letterman and CBS are talking to both former Beatles about performing for at least one night, "probably" Friday the 7th, which would be the anniversary of the Beatles arrival in America in 1964.
