In August of 1979, thousands of fans flocked to Knebworth to see Led Zeppelin perform their first UK shows in four years and their first live date since the death of Robert Plant's son during the band's 1977 North American tour. Zeppelin played live on August 4 and August 11, 1979 at Knebworth House before an estimated 200,000 fans each night.
