Beyonce To Receive Michael Jackson Vanguard Award at MTV VMAs

(Radio.com) MTV announced on Thursday (Aug. 7) that Beyonce will be given the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards.

The show, which will be broadcast live from The Forum in Inglewood, Calif., will also include a performance from the singer, who is up for eight awards including Video of the Year for "Drunk In Love."

She has previously won 11 VMAs. MTV unveiled a promo for the Beyonc� award and performance compiling various looks from her Beyonc� visual album and set to the music of Led Zeppelin. more on this story
