Kinks' Dave Davies Releases Message For AC/DC's Malcolm Young

. (hennemusic) Kinks guitarist Dave Davies has posted a message of support to AC/DC's Malcom Young following news of his need to take a break from the legendary Australian band to address health issues, including unconfirmed rumors of a possible stroke.

Davies, who has recovered from a 2004 stroke himself, took to Facebook to offer Young some tips on how to move forward dealing with the effects of the condition.

"Malcolm Young - never give up - and remember all the important 'tricks' you learnt and keep going over and over them in your mind," wrote Davies. "Always exercise your hands and fingers - picking coins from the floor- picking up pins from a flat surface - constantly touch the tips of your fingers with the thumb and try to do it faster and faster - image playing your best solos ever in your mind before you go to sleep-daily - Dave Davies." more on this story
