Britney Spears Announces First Dates of Las Vegas Residency

(Radio.com) Sin City, make room for Britney Spears because this winter she wants to give you a little piece of herself. After revealing earlier this week she would be heading to Las Vegas for a two-year residency at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, Britney officially announced that her new show, Britney: Piece of Me, would kick off on December 27.

Her residency will span two years and include 50 shows each year, with the option to extend her run. As of now she's announced 16 shows that run until February 22.

Though she hasn't given much detail of what one can expect of her new live show, Planet Hollywood is hyping it up by letting fans know the venue houses "the world's largest indoor projection theater and offers an explosive, theatrical experience."
