Nicko McBrain Loves The Idea of An Iron Maiden Festival Tour

(TeamRock Radio) Iron Maiden drummer Nicko McBrain admit's he'd love to see his band to staging their own festival. If they did, they'd follow in the footsteps of outfits like Metallica, Ozzy Osbourne, Jane's Addiction and Fairport Convention, among many others.

And it would certainly avoid a repeat of Maiden's difficult experiences during 2005's Ozzfest US tour, where they were pelted with eggs and had their sound switched off as a result of disagreements with Sharon Osbourne.

McBrain says about the idea of the veteran metal band launching their own fest: "You never know � you just never know in this game. I think it would be great to do a Maiden fest." more on this story
