. (hennemusic) Sammy Hagar was a guest on The Howard Stern Show on Monday, and audio of the hour-long session has surfaced. The Red Rocker is currently touring in support of his new album, "Sammy Hagar & Friends."

The project recently debuted at No. 23 on the Billboard 200 to score Sammy the 11th Billboard Top 25 album of his career, as well as his highest-charting solo album in 17 years � since 1997's "Marching To Mars."

"Sammy Hagar & Friends" marks the Red Rocker's first solo release in five years and sees him team up with a variety of artists, including Kid Rock, Nancy Wilson (Heart), Ronnie Dunn (Brooks & Dunn), Neal Schon (Journey, HSAS), Chickenfoot pals Chad Smith, Michael Anthony and Joe Satriani; Montrose bandmates Bill Church and Denny Carmassi, his solo band The Wabos and more.
