Glee Coming To An End
. Variety reports that, at a Paley Center event last night (October 16), Glee creator Ryan Murphy said the show will not extend its contract past next year's sixth season. The creator also admitted that after the sudden death of Cory Monteith, who played Finn Hudson, he has had to rethink the ending of the show. Monteith died of drug-related causes back in July. "The final year of the show, which will be next year, was designed around Rachel and Cory/Finn's story," Murphy said. "I always knew that, I always knew how it would end. I knew what the last shot was, he was in it. I knew what the last line was, she said it to him. So when a tragedy like that happens you sort of have to pause and figure out what you want to do, so we're figuring that out now." more on this story Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
