HAIM Release Peter Gabriel-Inspired Song 'Edge'
. The track bides from Peter Gabriel's "In Your Eyes," with the sisters Haim manning the drums and harmonizing sweetly about the one who got away. Though Twin Shadow didn't make it on their debut, they did get a little help from Jessie Ware who co-wrote the title track with them. In an interview with Radio.com, the sisters revealed that after a five-hour lunch, where they talked about everything from rollerblading to finding a place in L.A. where they could all live together, the song came together. HAIM hadn't intended to write a song with the British soulstress. "It was mostly like, 'Let's write a song so you don't get in trouble,'" Alana explained. But they soon realized it was too good to pass up and was too good not to name their album after. Listen to the song here. Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
