Lana Del Rey Teases Her 'Tropico' Film

. (Radio.com) Lana Del Rey has been teasing her forthcoming film, Tropico, as her farewell project for months. In August, she took to Twitter to post photos of herself dressed in a white veil mimicking the Virgin Mary, then Eve. The 30-minute film is cited as being, "A tale of redemption to the music of body electric."

In a new teaser, Del Rey is shown in a veil while desperately praying for her life. "Dear John forgive us our sins," Lana Del Rey says, as John Wayne lookalike is shown holding a rifle.

While no release date for the film has been announced, the trailer description simply reads "Tropico � Coming Soon." In an interview earlier this year with Radio.com, Del Rey opened up on her demos being leaked.

"I do feel discouraged," she said. "I don't really know what to put on the record. But I guess I could just put them [the demos] on and see what happens. Each time I write� I'll never write a song if I don't think it's going to be perfect for the record." Check out the video here.
