Judas Priest Want Into Rock Hall
. In a recent interview with Music Radar about the band's new live DVD, "Epitaph," Halford was asked about Rush's recent induction into the Hall. "Yes! Yes, I'm so happy for them," he says. "I'm a huge fan and have been following those guys from day one." Halford says the Rush induction gives him hope that Priest will be recognized someday. "I hope so, sure," he explains. "I think it's great. I would love to be in the Hall Of Fame. Are you kidding me? [Laughs] I think we're worthy contenders. "Without standing on a soapbox, I think we meet all of the credentials. If and when that moment comes up, we'll be tremendously honored, and we'd be in the company of the world's greatest musicians from all walks of life." "Getting into the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame is out of our control, really," Halford continued. "We won't know that it's happening till it does." more on this story hennemusic is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
