James Hetfield's Former Home Up For Sale

(hennemusic) A house in Novato, California once owned by Metallica frontman James Hetfield is up for sale. Novato Patch reports the 4-bed, 3-bath, 3-half bath estate is on the market for $3.4 million.

Hetfield sold the home to the current owners in 2003; it sits on five acres and features a timber outdoor kitchen and saltwater pool.

Hetfield and Metallica are currently gearing up for the 2013 edition of their Orion Music + More festival, set for June 8 and 9 at Belle Isle in Detroit, MI. more on this story
