Ray Jackson Launches New Lindisfarne
. The lineup features guitarists Dave Hull-Denholm, Charlie Harcourt and Steve Daggett alongside bassist Ian Thomson and Roxy Music drummer Paul Thompson. Every member asides from Thompson has been in a previous version of Lindisfarne, although not all at the same time. The move came after Jackson performed for the first time with Hull-Denholm in 2012, at the unveiling of a memorial plaque to co-founder Alan Hull, who died in 1995. Earlier this year Jackson announced a one-off Christmas show in Newcastle City Hall, to help save the venue which was threatened with closure at the time.
