Aerosmith's Tom Hamilton Gives Sick Bed Update To Fans

Aerosmith bass player Tom Hamilton has posted a Twitter message to fans after he was forced to leave the band's the Australian tour last Friday for medical issues.

Hamilton tweeted, "The only thing thats kinda cool about this pneumonia thing, is all the sweet sweet luv Im gettin from the 4 corners of the globe!".

Hamilton had to return home the U.S. after he came down with pneumonia prior to last weekend's show in Melbourne. The Joe Perry Project's David Hull flew in to fill-in for him on the trek.
