On Wednesday, Reznor got fans imagination going after he tweeted a photo of what appears to be himself in make-up with David Lynch standing in the background.

This had lead some to believe that Lynch may be directing the video for the song "Come Back Haunted," the lead single from the upcoming NIN album, Hesitation Marks.

Reznor and Lynch do have a history together as the Nine Inch Nails mastermind was involved with the soundtrack to Lynch's 1997 film "Lost Highway." - You can see the photo here.
