Mumford & Sons Reschedule Canceled Dates and Announce Fall Tour
. The tour includes four rescheduled shows that the bandmates were forced to postpone earlier this month, after bassist Ted Dwane had to undergo emergency surgery for a blood clot found on his brain. The sudden cancellations prematurely ended their Summer Stampede tour and also forced them to forgo their scheduled Bonnaroo performance. (Dwane, by the way, is "making a steady recovery," according to a statement on the band's website, and is "rather overwhelmed" by all the support from fans.) The rescheduled dates include stops in New Orleans, Kansas City, Dallas, and Woodlands, Texas. Tickets purchased to the original shows will be honored at the rescheduled dates in September. The Full English tour will bring the "Whispers in the Dark" band through additional cities in the Midwest and the South. Fellow U.K. rockers The Vaccines and Bear's Den will support Mumford & Sons through Sept. 11. more on this story Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
