Kanye West Helps Kids Learn Music With 'Got Bars?' Program
. In conjunction with West's non-profit organization Donda's House and St. Sabina Church, the two rappers will head Got Bars?, a free, 10-week program aimed at kids ages 15-24 to help write and record their own music. "Art instruction and particularly music instruction leads people to become better problem solvers, more flexible," Donda's House Executive Director Donnie Smith said in an interview with Chicago's WBEZ . "There are just so many outcomes that come from the study of music and particularly music writing." At the end of the program, Donda's House plan to release an EP of the music the kids created.
