Rare Nirvana Promo Video Posted Online

Ahead of the September 20th anniversary deluxe reissue of Nirvana's "In Utero" album, a rare television promotional video has been posted online.

The clip is billed as a rarely seen 1993 clip featuring Kurt Cobain, Krist Novoselic and Dave Grohl being coached by Bob "Bobcat" Goldthwait.

What is he coaching them at? How to give birth. Goldthwait appears in drag in the clip and is seen coaching pregnant Nirvana members Cobain, Novoselic and Grohl in a birthing class.
