Glee Star Accused Of Sexual Battery
. The site reports that the woman, Roxanne Gorzela, claims in her lawsuit that she began dating the actor in September 2010 and the incident occurred in March 2011 where she did consent to have sex with him but only if he used a condom. She claims he proceeded against her protest, according to the report. The woman then reportedly went to the actor's home a month later and found him with another woman. TMZ reports that Gorzela says she demanded on the spot that he prove that he was had no STDs and he allegedly responded by grabbing her and pushing her to the ground. Roxanne says she went to the cops and filed a police report the same day. Yahoo's omg! was told a different story by sources familiar with the incident. "The night this supposedly happened she first broke down his door to get in. There is a witness who was there who can testify to this," the source told them. "Mark would never and has never abused a woman in anyway." "There is no truth to this," Salling's rep told omg!. "It's the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star's success. We turn the rest over to Mark's attorneys and have no further comment." Salling reportedly called police the day Gorzela allegedly broke into his home and the actor filed a complaint with police. His legal team are planning to file a countersuit, according to omg!'s sources. You can read their full report here. Salling plays the character Noah "Puck" Puckerman on Glee.
