Rapper Meek Mill plans to hit the road this spring for his Dreams Come True North American headline tour.

The tour is set to kick off on April 4th at Boston's House of Blues and will conclude on April 28th in San Francisco.

Meek Mill will be touring in support of his latest album, "Dreams and Nightmares," which includes the new single "Believe It," featuring Rick Ross.
