One Direction's Harry Styles Wins Case Against Paparazzi
. The order, named "Paparazzi AAA," says photographers must stop pursuing Styles by car or motorcycle in the UK and cannot loiter within 50 meters of his home. While Styles wasn't present in court today (December 16), his lawyer David Sherborne spoke at the hearing on his behalf. "This is not a privacy injunction," he said. "Mr. Styles is not trying to prevent fans approaching him in the street and taking photos. He remains happy to do that, as he always has. Rather, it is the method or tactics which have been used by a certain type of photographer." Sherbourne said four paparazzi are currently being identified in the court case. more on this story Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
