AC/DC No. 1 For Christmas?

(hennemusic) An online campaign to get AC/DC to the top of the UK Christmas charts kicked off this weekend and a spokesman for the band has publicly endorsed the fan initiative.

A Facebook campaign urges fans to download AC/DC's 1979 single, "Highway To Hell", from December 15 � 21 in an effort to have the song appear as the No. 1 on the UK Christmas chart, according to The Courier.

A spokesman for the group said: "AC/DC are celebrating their 40th anniversary as we speak. They formed in late 1973 and we are a few fans who thought it would be cool to see them at the top of the Christmas tree to celebrate their milestone." more on this story
