Isolated Vocal Tracks From Pixies' 'Doolittle' Posted Online

. (Radio.com) Ever wonder what classic Pixies songs would sound like if you just has Black Francis' vocals? Well, no, why would you wonder that? But hey, thanks to the SoundCloud account IsolatedVocals, you can hear two Pixies songs with isolated vocals anyway.

And it turns out, if you strip these Doolittle tracks of everything but vocals, Black sounds a bit like a mental patient. On "Debaser," he screams maniacally about being an un chien andalusia and it would be best not to question him. Though, there's no shame in giggling as he shouts "debaser" over and over.

And with "Hey," he sounds like one of those guys on the train who doesn't seem to realize how loud he's singing with his headphones on. The near minute of silence in which Black doesn't sing really helps justify the above description. more on this story
