Green Day Pay Tribute to Joe Strummer On His Birthday
. At the O2 Academy Brixton, Billie Joe Armstrong wished Strummer a happy birthday before Green Day tore into "Letterbomb" from the "American Idiot" album. The Brixton show featured a full run-through of the band's 1994 smash, "Dookie", ahead of performances this weekend at the Reading and Leeds Festivals.
