King's X Fans Trying To Raise Money For Frontman's Surgery

. (Classic Rock) Friends and fans of King's X have launched a fundraising campaign to pay for frontman dUg Pinnick's hernia surgery.

He's been working on through the pain barrier because he doesn't have health insurance. So fans are being asked to help raise $25,000.

A statement says: "dUg is not only one of rock's greatest musicians of all time, he is also the kindest soul, who takes his time to talk to everyone he encounters. He has been labeled the 'sweetest guy in the industry.'" more on this story
