Jay-Z Jams with Pearl Jam At Made In America Festival

. (hennemusic) Pearl Jam closed out the inaugural Made In America festival in Philadelphia Sunday night.

The event was curated by rapper, songwriter, record producer and entrepreneur Jay-Z, who named the 2-day festival after one of his collaborative tracks with Kanye West.

Jay-Z joined Pearl Jam during the Seattle rockers' encore, as the two performed a rocked-up version of his 2004 track, "99 Problems." Watch it here.
