Steven Tyler Shares Story Behind Aerosmith's Legendary Child
. "Joe put the lead lick down. It was, 'Oh my God, we're back,'" Tyler tells Rolling Stone. "It was so incredibly true at that moment to me that the band was back in the severest of ways. Joe: Retaliation, starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Bruce Willis, they submitted the instrumental version as Tyler had yet to complete lyrics and add his vocals.
