Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry Were Secretly Married?

. (Extra TV) Gabriel Aubry called Halle Berry his ex-wife in a restraining order request. Aubry, has obtained his own restraining order against Berry's fianc�, Olivier Martinez.

In the paper's obtained by "Extra" there is a surprise reference to Halle as Gabriel's "Ex-Wife" raising the question, did they secretly tie the knot?

In the section of the request for a temporary restraining order asking the about the relationship of the parties the document reads, "Respondent is the fianc� of my ex-wife, Halle Berry." It is unclear whether the two were ever actually married.

In the remainder of the legal docs filed on Monday, Aubry gives an entirely different account on what went down Thanksgiving Day, claiming it was the French actor, Oliver Martinez, who struck first in their brawl.
