Katt Williams Arrested
. The alleged incident went down at Kimball's Carnival in East Oakland around 3 AM. The details surrounding the alleged battery are unclear. Sources tell us ... Katt was brought to a police station for questioning. Williams is no stranger to the police -- he was detained in L.A. back in October after allegedly pulling a gun on actor Faizon Love. He was released from custody without charges.
