Flaming Lips To Include Collaborator's Blood In New Album (A Top Story)

"I don't have everybody's blood just yet, but I collected quite a few vials � and it's actually sitting in my refrigerator as we speak," Coyne said. "I'm going to try to � put little bits of everybody's blood in the middle of this record. Like a glass specimen thing."

Coyne told New Musical Express that he's thus far collected blood specimens from Ke$ha, Neon Indian and Prefuse 73. Other collaborators � and presumably hoped-for donors � include Yoko Ono, Erykah Badu, Coldplay's Chris Martin, Bon Iver, Nick Cave and Lightning Bolt. - more on this story
