Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne Land Dispute
. The Mountain View Estate Owners' Association -- which governs the gated community adjacent to the Osbournes' massive Hidden Hills home -- filed the lawsuit in L.A., claiming the Osbournes built a fence in their backyard that extended roughly 8,500 sq. ft. into the Association's land. According to the lawsuit, a surveyor working for the Association discovered the encroachment on May 2nd. The lawsuit doesn't say whether the Osbournes were ever notified of the alleged trespass. Now, Mountain View is demanding an order from the court -- requiring the Osbournes to remove their fence and stay the hell off its property. A judge has yet to rule. Calls to the Osbournes were not returned. more on this story TMZ submitted this story.
