. The Telegraph reports that Commando: The Autobiography of Johnny Ramone will be published by Abrams Image on April 2, some eight years after Ramone's death. Linda finished the book that had Johnny started when he was sick. "It was like he knew he was dying, and he wanted to do something," she said.
