Motley Crue Star Settles Dispute
. 13WHAM-TV reports Michael Sullivan launched legal action against the Lee in December, claiming he was regularly asked to be "on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week" during his six-year employment with the drummer, but did not receive full payment for the extra hours worked. According to Sullivan, Lee was in the habit of making improper deductions from Sullivan's pay. When the rocker had Sullivan move into his home to better serve him and his family, the suit says, Lee began deducting $1,000 a month for rent - even during the last six months of his employment with Lee, when he was no longer living at the house. Find out how much he settled for. hennemusic is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
