Madonna Expands Tour Plans

Madonna's upcoming tour is a big hit before it has even kicked off, with shows selling out left and right and now Live Nation sent over good news for fans in some of those markets:Following immediate one day sellouts in many of the major markets of Madonna's tour, Live Nation Entertainment has announced that due to the overwhelming demand, additional shows have been added including New York City's Yankee Stadium on September 8th, Washington DC's Verizon Center on September 24th and Seattle on October 3rd. In North America, advance interest was so great that 2nd shows were announced in Los Angeles, San Jose, Toronto, Chicago and Vancouver. Additional shows in Europe thus far include Berlin June 30th, on sale Friday, Feb. 17th and in Amsterdam July 8th, on sale Saturday, Feb. 18th. The Madonna 2012 World Tour begins May 29th 2012 in Tel Aviv, Israel and will stop in 26 European cities before starting in North America in August.
