John Lennon's Beatles Era Mansion Up For Sale

. (Gibson) The Surrey mansion that Beatle John Lennon called home between 1964 and 1968 has been listed by U.K. estate agents Frank Knight for a cool $25 million.

According to NME.com, Lennon purchased the house for just $20,000 in July 1964.

The agents representing the property describe it as: "Luxuriously finished family home, formerly owned by John Lennon, set in about 1.5 acres of exquisite gardens within the renowned St George's Hill Estate." more on this story
