(hennemusic) James Durbin is preparing to release "Higher Than Heaven" as the next single from his debut album, "Memories Of A Beautiful Disaster."

Durbin performed the track on his return to the American Idol stage Thursday evening � watch the footage here.

James has also posted a lyric video for the tune, which features not only the words, but a 'mini-performance' of the song by the singer and his band on board a small private jet. Watch it here.
