BRIT Award Winner James Morrison Sets U.S. Album Release

Universal Republic has set an October 11th U.S. release date for James Morrison's album The Awakening.

Morrison was the recipient of the prestigious BRIT Award in 2007 for "Best Male Singer-Songwriter".

His first two albums Undiscovered (2006) and Songs for You, Truths for Me (2008) bother garnered widespread critical acclaim as they topped UK charts, selling a combined 4.5 million copies.
