Eagle Rock Entertainment has set a November 15 release date for the DVD and Blu-ray editions of the feature-length documentary about the life of the legendary heavy metal singer, co-produced by Ozzy's son, Jack Osbourne. The movie � which debuted earlier this year at New York's Tribeca Film Festival - is packed with never-before-seen Black Sabbath footage and recent solo tour clips.
