(popmusiclife) Here's something you don't hear every day: a major artist covering another major artist's hit � while it's high on the charts.

Coldplay did just that on Thursday, as they performed a version of Rihanna's current hit single, "We Found Love," on BBC Radio 1.

The song was a part of the "Live Lounge" radio series, hosted by Fearne Cotton, where well-known artists usually perform one song of their own and one by another artist, in an acoustic format. Check it out here
